EL TORREÓN CONDOS - SAN JUAN DEL SUR
El Torreón Condos are located right on the beach front road named Avenida del Mar, Avenue of the Sea, in beautiful San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. You are just a stones throw away from the beach. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and at dusk view spectacular Pacific Ocean sunsets. El Torreón condos are close to restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, nightclubs, ATMs, surf board rentals, local tour providers and other public services. In other words, El Torreón centrally is located. No need for a car because San Juan del Sur is easily accessible by foot.
About El Torreón
The El Torreón building was built in 2006 to the highest standards of quality by American contractors. The first floor contains retail spaces and the second to fourth floor contain the condos the we affectionately call El Torreón 2, 3 and 4. In the rear there is a common area with a swimming pool and an outdoor shower to clean off all the sand from the beach after a nice swim in the ocean. The units are accessed via a stairwell. There is 24 hour security, maid service upon request (additional fee) and a back up generator in case of a power shortage which happens frequently in Nicaragua. Each unit is equipped with a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Hot water is supplied by an on-demand heating system. All units have cable and internet access.
El Torreón Two:
El Torreon Two is the unit on the second floor. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. There's a living room and a dining room area overlooking the ocean with two outdoor balconies where you can lounge around and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or in the evening, a nice cold Nica Libre (Nicaraguan Flor de Caña Rum, Coke, ice and a lime wedge). There is tile throughout the unit. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan as well as air conditioning. The bedrooms have comfortable doublebeds and ample closet space. Each bathroom is very nicely adorned, again with beautiful tile throughout. The Master bath has a shower/tub and the guest bath has a shower. The Master Bath is only accessible via the Master Bedroom whereas the guest bath is accessible via the 2nd bedroom and the hallway. The living room and kitchen also have ceiling fans as well as one of the balconies. Their is also an AC unit in the kitchen area that keeps the living room/dining room area cool. El Torreón Three:
El Torreon Three is located on the third floor and has a very similiar floorplan as El Torreon Two. One difference is the guest bath room is larger and has a large jacuzzi tub and the Master bath only has a shower with no tub. Click here to view floor plan for unit 3. Again, the bathrooms are adorned with beautiful tiles and also stone, especially in the Master Bath. Due to the size of the guest bath room, the living room area is slightly smaller. The bedrooms and kitchen are identical. Another difference is that both balconies have a ceiling fan. Other then that, El Torreón Two and Three share the same layout. Like El Torreón Two, El Torreón Three has sliding glass doors to access the balconies. Their is one sliding glass door to access the balcony to the right of the dining room area and two sliding glass doors to access the balcony to the left. The balconies face the ocean and have spectacular views.
El Torreón Four:
El Torreón Four is on the top floor and thus has the best, unobstructed views of the ocean. The layout is quite different then the other two units. There is only one bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. The bathroom is accessible via the guest bedroom and the hallway. There is an AC unit and ceiling fan in each bedroom and in the kitchen area. Again, the entire unit has beautiful tile throughout with modern fixtures. The kitchen area is larger in size with more counter space. The unit was designed to be wheelchair accessible. The living room and dining room are similiar to that of the other two units. Instead of two separate balconies, El Torreón Four has one balcony that goes from one side of the unit to the other.
